Today we cook spaghetti with chicken in a moderately spicy sauce. To do this, first pieces of chicken are fried in garlic oil. Then, on the basis of tomatoes, tomato sauce is made in its own juice and spices are added there, which give the dish an Italian zest. Then pasta is boiled until al dente. And in the end, all the ingredients are mixed, bringing the spaghetti to readiness already in the sauce. As a result, we get a delicious hearty dish that does not require a lot of time to prepare.

  1. Finely chop 1 onion. In the same oil (do not change it), where the chicken was fried, pour the chopped onion. Sprinkle 1 tsp. sugar, to slightly caramelize the onion. Mix everything and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Next, continue to fry everything over high heat.

  2. It is at this moment that the pepper reduces its sharpness, add 1/3 of the pickled or fresh chili. Pepper will add spice to the dish, it does not spoil the taste, but will only slightly emphasize it.

  3. We pour 700 g of tomatoes with juice in our own juice. Squeeze them slightly with a spoon to crush, then they will meet in spaghetti pieces. If you want a uniform sauce, grind the tomatoes in a blender.

Basil will give just the right Italian touch. Add salt and ground black pepper to your liking. We mix everything. Leave to languish over medium heat for 7 - 8 minutes. The sauce is ready, remove it from the heat and set aside.

  5. Now put the chicken breast into the cooling sauce. While the pasta is boiled, the chicken is fed with this wonderful aroma of spices that have been added. We mix everything so that the chicken completely lies in tomato sauce. Chicken should be soaked in sauce for at least 10 - 15 minutes.
