Lettuce 5 pieces. medium size
Celery stalk 1 PC. medium size
Red bell pepper ¼ pcs medium size
Vinegar 1 tbsp. l
Narsharab (condensed pomegranate juice) 1 tbsp. l
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
Sugar 1 tsp without slide
Salt ½ tsp without slide

Step cooking

  1. We clear the cucumber from the peel using a vegetable peeler, cut into half rings and place in a deep bowl in which we will mix the ingredients.
    Cut the peeled cucumber in semicircles.
  2. We wash lettuce leaves under running water and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. Hands tear the leaves into several parts and send to the cucumber.
    Lettuce just tear with your hands and spread in a bowl in a cucumber.
  3. We wash the celery stalk under running water. Remove moisture with a paper towel. With a peeler, slightly remove the outer part of the stem - this will release the juice and enrich the salad with moisture and an unusual taste. Cut celery into rings and transfer to a deep bowl in which we will mix the salad.
    We also cut celery stalks.
  4. Wash sweet peppers under running water. 1/4 of the whole pepper is cut into strips and sent to the previous ingredients.
    Straws cut red bell pepper.
  5. All ingredients in a deep bowl are mixed well.
    We put all the vegetables in one salad bowl.
  6. Cooking salad dressing. In a deep bowl, mix 1 tbsp. l wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. l narsharaba, 2 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 tsp without a hill of sugar and 1/2 tsp. without a hill of salt. All the ingredients of the sauce are mixed well with a fork or spoon.
    We prepare a spicy dressing for the dish.
  7. We divide the salad into 2 parts and put it in portioned plates. Above the salad, water abundantly with the cooked dressing.
