Ingredients
- Beef Steak - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 300 g
- Garlic - 3-5 cloves
- Lemon - 1 pc.
- Parsley - a couple of twigs
- Thyme - a couple of twigs
- Rosemary - a couple of twigs
- Basil - a couple of branches
- Vegetable oil - 10-20 ml
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step cooking
- Finely chop the basil and add to the soft butter.
- Cut the parsley and add to the butter.
- Garlic is either finely chopped or passed through a press.
- Add to the butter.
- Add a teaspoon of soy sauce to the oil. Add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice. Also add salt and pepper.
- Optionally, add chili peppers or paprika.
- Mix all the ingredients. We spread the butter with herbs on parchment paper.
- Wrap the butter in a sausage with paper.
- Wrap everything in film. Dip this sausage in ice water prepared in advance. Can be sent to the freezer. The sausage must be cooled so that it can be cut.
- We prepare steaks. The thickness of the steak should be the thickness of two fingers.
- Salt on both sides of the steaks and pepper.
- Heat the pan. Add oil.
- Put the steak in a pan and cook over high heat.
- Fry on both sides until cooked to taste. Frying can be different according to your desire.
- 3-5 minutes before cooking, add butter to the steak. Dip thyme and rosemary in oil and grease the steak with sprigs of herbs for one minute.
- When the steak is ready, remove it from the pan.
- We immediately get the butter with garlic and herbs from the freezer. Cut it into pieces.
- Spread the butter on the steak or grease the steak with butter. Done!
Cooking variations

This steak can be served any vegetable salads. Ideally, a salad of cherry tomatoes, arugula, with dressing from olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce is suitable. As a drink, meat is served as red and white wine. Most often, this wine is semi-sweet or semi-dry. If you want to impress guests, serve steaks on a pillow made from arugula leaves or iceberg lettuce. Spread garlic and herbs butter sausage on top.
