Step cooking

  1. To start, 500 grams of green beans must be boiled. If you take fresh, then rinse it under running water, and also clean it from stems; if frozen, do not need to defrost it before cooking (refer to the instructions on the package). Pour water into the pan (with the expectation that after adding the beans it was all in water with a supply). Bring the water to a boil and salt it. Send the beans to boiling water. Cook over low heat. 7-8 minutes will require fresh beans, frozen beans need to be cooked for 10-12 minutes. After this time, drain the water.
    First, boil green beans.
  2. Peel one onion and cut into a small dice. Peel and chop two cloves of garlic. Add vegetable oil to a hot pan, put chopped onion. Stir fry the onion until golden brown.
