Step cooking
- First you need to prepare all the components of the main dish. Cook hard-boiled eggs. For the sauce we need 3 whole eggs and 2 more yolks. We rub the eggs on a fine grater, although if desired, they can simply be chopped finely.
- Next, we cut the fish. Zander can be cut into fillets or cut into small pieces. Before cutting, it is advisable to immediately cut off the fins so as not to puncture the hands. Separating the fillet from the ridge, you need to carefully cut the costal bones. Then we cut the resulting fillet in portioned slices.
- Cut the onion and dill.
- Put the oil on a heated frying pan and wait until it melts.
- After the butter has melted, add the grated eggs to the pan. The fire should not be too strong, otherwise the mixture will begin to delaminate.
- Mix thoroughly, add salt, lemon juice and chopped herbs.
- Mix well again. Leave on low heat for about 3 minutes.
- Add a small amount of vegetable oil to another skillet.
- Next, warm it up and spread the sliced fish with the skin down. Sprinkle a little salt.
- As you cook, turn the pieces over so that they are fried on both sides and get a golden crust.
- We spread on portioned plates and generously pour in Polish egg sauce. If desired, add a side dish, serve. As a side dish, mashed potatoes or boiled rice are perfect. Serve on the table. Enjoy your meal.
