Step cooking

  1. For cooking, we need fish fillet. You can use any fish you love. Before starting to cook, rinse the fillet, make sure that there are no bones in it. Cut it into any pieces and send it into the blender bowl.
    Cut the fish fillet into pieces.
  2. Cut a crumb from a slice of bread, chop it randomly and send into a blender bowl. You can use any bread, white or gray. We took a slice of gray brick.
    Add the bread crumb to the fish in the blender.
  3. Beat one chicken egg into the blender bowl. Better check it for freshness. To do this, pour the contents of the egg into a separate bowl. If, in your opinion, it is fresh, has a pleasant smell, without dark or bloody inclusions - send it to a blender.
    We knock one egg into the blender as well.
  4. Pour 75 g of milk here. The fat content of milk can be any, this will not particularly affect the final result. The main thing is that the milk is fresh, and from a trusted manufacturer.
    Add milk.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. If desired, you can add additional other spices for fish.

  6. Cover the bowl and turn on the blender. As a result, you get a uniform, dense mass.
    We interrupt the mass with a blender until smooth.
  7. Melt 20 g butter. This can be done in a water bath or in the microwave. Lubricate the baking dish with melted butter. We will cook in silicone cupcake tins. You can take any portion or one large.
    Grease silicone molds with melted butter.
  8. Put one and a half tablespoons of the resulting fish mixture into the molds. You can cook fish soufflé in the oven or a double boiler. Today we use a double boiler.
    We spread the souffle in the molds.
  9. Put the soufflé forms into the bowl of the double boiler, send to the pot of boiling water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. To prepare in the oven, place the soufflé forms on a baking sheet, send to the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Baking time will depend on the individual characteristics of your oven.

  10. Get the souffle ready, let it cool down a bit, free from the form, put on the serving plates. In addition to it, you can offer a salad of fresh vegetables with herbs or any other at your discretion.
