  • On the question of how to fry crackers with garlic, experiments are possible, in particular, inusing fresh and dried garlic. A feature of the first method is the frying of chopped garlic in oil, as a result of which it gives its taste and aroma. And then bread is soaked with this butter. You will need:

  • loaf of rye bread;
  • salt - half a teaspoon;
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • garlic - 5 cloves.

Cooking

  1. Cut the bread into cubes or cubes.

  2. Pour oil into a large bowl, add garlic and salt. Mix well.Leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
  3. Grind the bread, put it in a bowl with the mixture, mix quickly to ensure an even distribution of oil.
  4. In a preheated oven to 100 °, place a baking tray with crackers. Dry them for 2 hours, stirring regularly.

The second recipe for croutons with garlic in the oven (as pictured) includes the use of dried garlic. Its amount, as well as the volume of salt, is determined by taste during the preparation process.

  1. Chopsticks with garlic in the form of sticks on a yellow platePreheat the oven to 150 °.
  2. Chop the bread into slices no wider than 1 cm, remove the crust, make slices of the desired shape from the slices: squares, rhombuses, triangles ...
  3. Put the bread slices in a large bowl, add the Extra salt and a couple of pinch of garlic, mix, try. If the spices seem a little, add the same amount. Continue mixing and adding until you decide that the taste is perfect.
  4. Pour olive oil into a mold, distribute along the bottom. Pour bread there and mix until completely absorbed.
  5. Send the mold to the oven for drying. Stir crackers at least every 7 minutes. When you hear that the loaf of bread has started to “ring”, try to be prepared. Typically, the drying time is 40-50 minutes, but this depends on the moisture content of the loaf.
  6. Cool crackers at room temperature. If excess oil is present, dry with a tissue.
