frozen spinach 100 g
raw potatoes 100 g
cauliflower 100 g
salt 1.5 tsp
ground black pepper ½ tsp
parsley 1-2 branches
sour cream 2 tbsp. l
flour 1 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Three small potatoes, about a hundred grams in weight, peeled, washed under a tap, cut coarsely, later we chop it with a blender. Sliced ​​potatoes are placed in a small pan.

  2. We divide one hundred grams of cauliflower into inflorescences, remove excess fractions, put in the same pan where the potatoes are. Pour boiled water in a pan in such a quantity that the water completely covers the vegetables.

  3. In a small saucepan, place frozen spinach in the amount of 100 grams, pour boiled water, simmer for five to seven minutes. The pan should be open. Using a kitchen spatula, we help frozen spinach to unfrost more quickly, dividing it into parts, stirring occasionally.

  4. During cooking, add the spinach with a quarter teaspoon of salt and add one pinch of ground black pepper. We perform the same actions with potatoes and cauliflower - salt them with half a teaspoon of salt, add 1-2 pinches of black ground pepper. When the potatoes are boiled, add one tablespoon of flour to the pan, mix with a tablespoon, leave to cook for another five minutes.
