Step cooking

Prepare the ingredients

  1. Pour 3-3.5 liters of bottled water into the pan and drop half a kilogram of red beans there. Boil the beans over medium heat until cooked. On average, it will take 2-2.5 hours. Remove the finished product from the stove and leave to cool to room temperature.
    Boil the beans and leave it in the broth.
  2. Without draining the water, grind the beans with the help of a crush to the state of gruel.
    Knead the beans right in the water.
  3. We clean one medium-sized onion, wash it, and then finely chop it with a sharp knife.
    Grind the onion.
  4. We heat the pan, then pour 20-30 ml of vegetable oil into it, and spread 50 g of butter.

  5. We send the chopped onion into boiling oil, and then fry it until transparency appears.

Cooking soup

  1. We return the bean mass with water to the stove and wait until the liquid boils. Add salt, ground red pepper and fried onions to the vegetable broth.
    Add the onion in mashed beans.
  2. Stir and boil the soup for about half an hour after boiling again. Meanwhile, finely chop two cloves of garlic and a bunch of green coriander or cilantro.
    Grind cilantro and garlic.
  3. We send chopped walnuts and garlic to boiling bean soup.
    Put the garlic together with nuts in the soup.
  4. Boil the dish for 10 minutes, then pour the chopped herbs and remove the soup from the stove.
    After 10 minutes add cilantro.
  5. We insist the first dish with a closed lid for at least 10 minutes.
    Turning off the soup, let it brew under the lid.
  6. After the specified time, we pour the soup on plates and decorate with green leaves of coriander or cilantro.
    The original red bean soup is ready.

What to serve
