  • cucumber (optional);
  • Sushi Philadelphia with Avocadorice vinegar - 50 ml;
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt - a tablespoon;
  • nori sheet - 3 pcs.;
  • cream cheese Philadelphia - 300 g;
  • wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce to taste.

Baked Philadelphia. Cooking process step by step

  1. Boil the rice, cool at room temperature until it is well warm.
  2. Prepare dressing: mix rice vinegar with sugar, salt, heat on a stove or in the microwave until dissolved.
  3. Fill rice with dressing, gently turn over from the edge to the center of the bowl.
  4. Avocado or cucumber (if you use them) peeled from seeds and crusts, chop with straws.
  5. Cover the mat with cling film. Lay out a small (or half large) nori sheet with the matte side up. Spread the rice evenly over the surface with wet hands. It should be displaced from one edge: back down 1 cm from the bottom, leaving a nori leaf peeking out and lay out 1.5 cm on the film.
  6. Cover the blank with the free part of the film mat and turn it over.
  7. Put cheese on a nori, absolutely not sparing it! If using avocados or cucumbers, put them on top of the cheese.
  8. Lift the bottom edge of the mat and form a roll, do not push so that the filling does not creep away, slightly roll the mat.
  9. Set the roll of rice aside and lay on the mat, again covered with cling film, slices of salmon. It is necessary to cut it thinly, the pieces should be large, long, and lie tightly next to each other, without gaps.
  10. Put the rice roll on top, cut the salmon, if it extends beyond it.
  11. Lift the edges of the mat and roll it with effort. As a result, your roll should acquire a dense structure.
  12. Divide the workpiece with a knife in the middle, then each piece into 3 equal parts. It is convenient to do this with a knife, moistening it in water with the addition of vinegar.
