  • Starch - 7 tbsp. l
  • Egg white - 2 pcs.

  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Canned Pineapples - 100 g
  • Pineapple Juice - 100 ml
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l
  • Vinegar (rice or apple) - 1 tbsp. l
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil for frying - 1 l

Step cooking

  15. We put the wok on the stove, heat it, pour in about 1 liter of vegetable oil for frying. When the oil is hot, gently immerse slices of pork in the oil with a slotted spoon. put the meat to fry
  16. Usually 4-5 minutes is enough for the meat to acquire a beautiful golden crust. As soon as the meat has acquired the desired color, remove it from the oil so as not to overdry.
