  1. In a deep container we combine dry ingredients: 250 g of sifted wheat flour, ½ tsp. salt, 1 tsp sugar and 1.5 tsp dry yeast. All this mix. If desired, dry yeast can be replaced with live yeast in appropriate proportions.
    To prepare the dough, combine the flour with sugar, salt and yeast.
  2. Add to the dry ingredients 2 tbsp. l olive oil (can be replaced with sunflower oil) and 200-250 ml of warm, but in no case hot water.
    Add olive oil and warm water.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes. So that it does not stick to your hands, add more flour or vegetable oil.

  4. We cover the container with the dough with a towel so that air does not circulate inside and put in a warm place so that the dough rises.

Sauce
