Low fat cottage cheese 600 g
Semolina 6 tbsp. l
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar 1 tbsp. l
Flour 50 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l

  1. Pour 600 grams of low-fat cottage cheese into a deep bowl and add 6 tablespoons of semolina, 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey and a pinch of salt.
    Knead the cottage cheese, add sugar and semolina.
