Tartlets with chicken and mushrooms - a delicious, hearty, portioned snack

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 450 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Champignon 400 - 450 g
Bow 1 PC.
Tartlets 15 pcs
Salt taste
Sour cream 15% 400 g
Cheese 150 - 200 g
Dry white wine 3 tbsp. l
Butter 30 g
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Black pepper peas 4 things.

Step cooking

  1. To prepare tartlets, we need boiled chicken fillet. Pour cold water into the pan and lower 450 g of fillet there, bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam. When the fillet boils, salt to taste, add 4 peas of black pepper and cook until cooked for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat. At the end of cooking, add one bay leaf for flavor.
    Cook until tender chicken fillet.
  2. We wash the medium-sized mushrooms, if necessary, clean and cut into small cubes. You can use forest mushrooms, then the aroma will be brighter.
    Cut the peeled mushrooms into small pieces.
  3. We cut one onion into a small cube. We add it a little and press down with our hands so that it starts up the juice, as a result, the aroma of the onion will intensify.
    Cut the onion thinly, salt and knead a little with your hands.
  4. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and 30 g of butter.
    Heat two pans.
  5. Add the onion to the pan and simmer for 15 minutes under the lid, the onion should become soft and creamy to taste.

  6. While the onions are stewed, we will take care of the mushrooms. We send the chopped mushrooms to a cold dry pan, turn on the medium heat and fry for 5 - 7 minutes, until all the moisture comes out of the mushrooms completely, cover with a lid.

  7. Any hard cheese to your taste, grate on a fine grater.
    Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  8. When all the liquid comes out of the mushrooms, add 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and fry until golden brown, salt in the end.
    When all the liquid comes out of the mushrooms and evaporates, we pour a little vegetable oil to them.
  9. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. All the ingredients for the filling should be approximately the same size, so it will turn out tastier and each product will be felt.
    Cut the finished chicken into small pieces.
  10. Pour 3 tbsp into the stewed onion. l wine and leave it on fire for 2 - 3 minutes, so that the alcohol evaporates and a pleasant aroma remains.
    Add white wine to the onion and let it evaporate.
  11. Next, combine all the ingredients. Add chicken fillet, onions, sour cream to the mushrooms, mix thoroughly and simmer all together for 5 - 7 minutes. The filling is ready.
    We combine all the components in one pan, add sour cream.
  12. Using a teaspoon, we spread the filling on the tartlets, squeezing a little to fit as much filling as possible. Instead of tartlets, you can use pots.
    With the resulting mass, we start the tartlets.
  13. Sprinkle each tartlet with cheese on top, put on a baking sheet and send to the preheated oven to 150 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
    Put grated cheese on each tartlet.
  14. When serving tartlets, you can sprinkle with any greens. Tartlets with chicken and mushrooms are ready! Enjoy your meal!
