Step cooking

  1. Boil buckwheat without adding salt and pepper.
    Boil buckwheat.
  2. Mix the minced meat and buckwheat in equal proportions.
    Mix buckwheat with minced meat.
  3. Chop half the onion and garlic, chop everything in a blender.
    Grind the onion with a blender into gruel.
  4. Add chopped onion with garlic to the minced meat, drive in the egg. Add pepper and salt to taste.
    Add onion to the minced meat with buckwheat, beat the egg.
  5. Mix well until smooth.
    After adding salt and pepper, mix the minced meat.
  6. If the forcemeat turns liquidy, add a little flour.

  15. Add greens, fresh or dried. About 2-4 tablespoons to taste and desire. Mix everything well.

  16. Add water with flour and salt to the gravy. Pour the liquid in a thin stream, continuously stirring.

  17. Bring the gravy to a boil, stir constantly.
    Boil the gravy for a few more minutes.
  18. Add the fried meatballs to a deep pan or pan. Fill meatballs with gravy, cover and set on low heat.
