Ingredients

Onion 80-100 g
Carrot 70-80 g

Hard cheese 100-120 g
Milk 3.2% fat 1 liter
Flour 25-30 g
Butter 30-35 g
Vegetable oil for lubrication of form and hands

Step cooking

  1. Put 50-60 g of rice cooked until half cooked.
    Cook rice.
  2. Put 500 g of any minced meat in a deep bowl. Finely chop 80-100 g of onions, grate 70-80 g of carrots on a fine grater and transfer the vegetables into a bowl of minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired, add herbs and garlic, mix.
    Add ground minced onion, carrots, greens to minced meat.
  3. Now beat the mince. Just put it in your hand and throw it back into the bowl. Thanks to this, it will become elastic, and the meatballs will not disintegrate during cooking.
    Mix and beat the minced meat.
  4. Add to the minced meat half-cooked and cooled rice, mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Lubricate the baking dish and hands with vegetable oil. Roll the balls from the minced meat and put them into the mold at a small distance from each other.
