Ingredients

Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
Beer 300 ml
Wheat flour 100 g
Salt 1 tsp

  1. Making beer batter is easy enough. To do this, first sieve 100 g of wheat flour in a deep bowl to make it more airy. Also, do not skip this step in cooking, because when sifting flour you can get rid of garbage that can get in it and spoil the taste of the finished dish.

  4. In a bowl with flour, make a small indentation with a spatula and pour 300 ml of beer into it. Also, all the ingredients are required to salt 1 tsp. salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a spatula until the mass becomes a homogeneous consistency.

  5. Add whipped proteins to the dough and mix well again. Doing this is required slowly, it is better to use a spatula. If it turns out to be too liquid, you can add a small amount of sifted flour and mix everything thoroughly so that no lumps form.
