Kefir 0.5 stack
Soda ½ tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of kefir into a deep bowl.
    Pour kefir into a bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of soda, mix, leave for 5 minutes. Kefir can be of any fat content, but with a valid shelf life. You can use homemade sour milk. Instead of soda, you can take a baking powder. Add it not to kefir, but to flour, mix well. With a baking powder, the dough must be kneaded quickly and immediately used, while its reaction is active.
    Add soda to kefir, mix.
  3. Sift 1.5 cups flour. Experts recommend sifting flour at least three times so that it is better enriched with oxygen.
    Sift the flour.
  4. In the infused kefir we send one tablespoon of sugar, one teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of olive oil. Mix everything with a spoon.
    Add sugar, salt and olive oil to kefir.
  5. Pour the kefir mixture into flour, knead the dough.Introduce the liquid ingredients into the sifted flour.
  6. First, do it in a bowl, then sprinkle flour on the work surface, spread the dough and knead for five minutes. During this time, it will become elastic, will not stick to your hands. You can cover it with a bowl or wrap it with cling film and leave to rest for 10 minutes. If you do not plan to use it immediately, you can store it for 24 hours in a refrigerator or a couple of weeks in a freezer.
    Such a pizza dough, even without eggs, is elastic and soft.
  7. After that, we can use it for its intended purpose. Roll out the dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour. The thickness of the rolled formation can be no more than 3 mm. From it you can form flat cakes for portioned pizza or make one big one.

For the filling, you can use any products. You can take one or several types of sausage as a basis. Pizza is tastier if you take bacon, smoked and cooked sausages. As a sauce, use sour cream or mayonnaise, ketchup or tomato paste. Add a mixture of dried herbs to the sauce. Perfect Italian or Provence. Use hard cheeses that melt well. Mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, shrimps, pickles, pineapples, tomatoes will complement pizza. You can add several ingredients at once, or just one.

Bake pizza for 20-25 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. The finished pizza dough is very soft. If you plan to store for a while, put in a container with a lid. If you heat up pizza in the microwave for one minute, it will turn out as if only cooked.
