Salt 18 g
Live yeast 6 g

Step cooking

  1. We take a large bowl and sift 1 kg of flour into it through a sieve. With this, we saturate the flour with oxygen and give airiness. We leave a little flour for adding.

  2. Then add 75 ml of sunflower (olive) oil to the sifted flour.
    Add olive oil to the flour.
  3. Pour live yeast (6 g) there and pour 550 ml of water.

  4. Knead the dough with your hands.
