  11. After 30 minutes, we take out the dough from the refrigerator, put it on the table with the seam down, roll out a 25 to 25 cm layer, after sprinkling flour on the table. Roll out so that the two tests are evenly distributed.

  12. Again we fold it with an envelope, put it seam down, put it in a plastic bag, and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    We repeat the same manipulations with the test after another half an hour.
  14. After the time has passed, we again take out the dough from the refrigerator, roll it with a layer of 25 by 25 cm, now we just turn it into a tube, cut it in half. The dough is ready to use.

You can store the finished product in the refrigerator for three days. If you want to keep it longer, use a freezer. It makes a very tasty meat pie.
