Step cooking

  1. Sift 4 cups of wheat flour through a sieve to enrich it with oxygen and make it more lush and airy.
    To begin, sift the flour.
  2. 400 g butter on a coarse grater directly to flour. The oil should be frostbitten, so it will be easier to grate. Periodically roll the butter into flour so that it does not melt quickly.
    Rub the cold butter directly into the flour.
  3. Then, using your hands, grind the flour and butter until crumbly crumbs are formed.
    Hands rub the butter and flour into crumbs.
  4. Add 10 g of baking powder, mix well.
    Add the baking powder to the crumb and mix again.
  5. Prepare the liquid ingredients. To make it easier to measure the norm, use an ordinary faceted glass. Drive one egg into a glass.
    Break one egg into a glass.
  6. Add 1 tsp. without a heap of salt, mix well to disperse the egg.
    Add salt to the egg and shake.
  7. Pour milk so that the glass is filled to the top, this is 175 ml. Instead of milk, you can use kefir or sour cream, then instead of baking powder add soda.
    Add milk and mix.
  8. We make a small depression in the creamy flour mixture and pour in the liquid ingredients.
    We introduce the liquid components to the butter and flour crumbs.
  9. We quickly collect the dough into a ball, you do not need to knead it for a long time. The dough is soft and elastic, but a little lumpy.
    The bakery dough in the oven is ready.
  10. We put the dough in a food bag or wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The dough will become homogeneous. Further from the test, you can form a wak-belashi. It can also be prepared for future use and used for other baking. Have a nice baking!
