  • sieve for flour;
  • working kitchen rug (if necessary);
  • cling film.

Ingredients

Premium flour 1 kg
Butter or Margarine 100 g
Dry yeast 15 g
Sugar 160 g
Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
Salt 1 tsp
Warm milk 500 g
Vegetable oil 50 g

  1. Pour 500 ml of warm milk into a large deep bowl, add 15 g of dry yeast to it, mix well and leave for 5 minutes to dissolve the yeast.

Perhaps you need not exactly 1 kg, but a little more or less. Also, the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the dough will turn out steep and will not work well.
