wheat flour (premium) 420 g
vegetable oil (odorless) 120 ml
dry yeast 12 g
granulated sugar 2 tbsp. l
salt ½ tsp
boiled condensed 1 can
egg (yolk) 1 PC. (for lubrication)

Step cooking

  1. To prepare a soft yeast dough, you will need to heat 250 ml of kefir in a separate bowl. It should be warm enough, but not hot.
    Pour heated kefir into a bowl.
  2. To kefir add 2 tbsp. l granulated sugar and 12 g of dry yeast (1 tbsp. l. without a slide), mix thoroughly and leave for 5-7 minutes so that the yeast begins to "work".
    Add sugar and dry yeast.
  3. After the required time has elapsed, add ½ tsp to the yeast and kefir bowl. salt and 120 ml of odorless vegetable oil. If you take the smelling oil, it can give an unpleasant bitter taste.
    Next, add vegetable oil.
  4. Sift 420 g of flour into a separate bowl, and then start adding it to the kefir-yeast mixture in several stages, mix the ingredients thoroughly to prevent the formation of lumps.
    Serve the flour in portions.
  5. Knead the dough in a bowl or on a table. It should be soft, but not stick to your hands.

  6. Form one large ball from the dough, put it in a bowl and cover with a towel. Leave to approach for 1-1.3 hours in a warm place.

Cover the buns with a towel and leave them for another 20 minutes in a warm place. Next, grease the tops of the rolls with a beaten egg so that the top is golden.
    From this dough, both buns and pies are tasty.
  9. Buns should be baked at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool the pastries on the wire rack, and then decorate them with icing sugar. Do not sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar while they are hot, otherwise it will simply dissolve.
    The dough is baked quickly and remains soft for a long time.
