Ingredients

wheat flour 500 g
beer 200 ml
frozen butter 150 g
salt pinch

Step cooking

  1. Sift 500 g of wheat flour into a deep plate.
    Sift flour into a bowl.
  2. Add a pinch of salt to the flour.

  3. There we rub on an average grater 150 g of frozen butter and mix it with flour.
    Grate cold butter in a flour.
  4. We introduce 200 ml of cold beer to the rest of the ingredients.
    Having mixed butter with flour, we add beer to this mass.
  5. Knead the dough with your hands until it becomes homogeneous and elastic.

  6. We cover the finished dough with cling film and remove it in a cold place for 1 hour.
