  1. Defrost the tilapia fillet (9 pieces), rinse with running water, let it drain and be sure to dry with paper towels. Put the fillet on a cutting board or a large dish (without cutting into portions) and salt on top using 1-1.5 pinch of salt. Pepper the fish to your taste using black ground pepper or a mixture of peppers.
