Quickly prepare a very tender cake from cookies without baking - this is what this recipe will help to make. You will learn how to make a simple custard and create an unusual dessert with a light banana layer. In just 15 minutes you will get a delicious dessert and a fragrant chocolate coating.

  • pan of 0.5 l;
  • deep capacity;

Ingredients

Granulated sugar 200 g + 4 tbsp. l
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Chocolate chip cookies 450-500 g
Milk 630 g
Bananas 3-4 pcs.
Egg yolk 4 things.
Butter 100 g
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l
Flour 50-60 g

Step cooking

Cream

  1. Pour 600 g of milk into a liter pan and put on a small fire to heat to a hot state.
    Pour milk into a stewpan and heat.
  2. While the milk is heating, we send 4 yolks to a deep container, pour 200 g of sugar, add 10 g of vanilla sugar and thoroughly stir with a whisk for homogeneity. If the mass is very thick, add about 2 tbsp. From the pan to the stove. l milk, then rub with a whisk.
    In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. Pour 50-60 g of flour into the egg mixture and mix again until smooth.
    Pouring flour into the egg mass, mix it thoroughly.
  4. We remove already warmed milk from the heat and introduce into the egg mass about 100 g of hot milk, without stopping stirring. After the mixture turned out to be quite liquid and without lumps, we introduce the remainder of the milk and stir again.
    We gradually pour milk into the egg mass, achieving its homogeneity.
  5. Pour the resulting liquid mixture back into the pan and put on a small fire.
    Pour the resulting cream blank into the saucepan.
  6. We boil the cream, constantly stirring it with a wooden spoon, until it thickens and starts to stick well on the spoon, then remove from heat.
    Boil the cream until thickened.
  7. Add 50 g of butter and stir until it is completely dissolved.
    In the thickened cream add butter and mix.

Cake

  1. We take a rectangular shape and apply a generous layer of cream to the bottom.
    At the bottom of a rectangular shape, lay out a layer of cream.
  2. We spread the chocolate chip cookies close to each other on the cream. To completely cover the entire surface, put broken pieces of cookies on the edges.
    We put a layer of cookies on the cream.
  3. Pour the cream onto the stacked cookies with a ladle and level it with a wooden spoon.
    Cover the cookies with cream.
  4. Peel the bananas, cut into thin circles and spread half on a cream layer.
    Next, spread the sliced ​​bananas.
  5. Apply a little cream to the circles of bananas to grease the banana layer well.
    Bananas are also slightly greased with cream.
  6. On the cream again lay out a dense layer of cookies, after which we cover with plenty of cream.
    Alternate layers until the ingredients run out.
  7. We spread banana slices on the cream, grease with cream and spread the remaining cookies. Top with the last layer of cream.
    The last layer of the cake should be cream.

Glaze

  1. In a pan of 0.5 l, we pour 4 tbsp. l sugar, pour 30 ml of milk, add 2 tbsp. l of cocoa powder and 50 g of butter.
    We make chocolate icing from milk, sugar, cocoa and butter.
  2. We stir all the ingredients, put on a small fire and, constantly stirring with a spoon, boil until sugar grains dissolve. We are waiting for the icing to cool slightly, after which we apply it on the surface of the cake with an even layer, smoothing the irregularities with a spoon.
    Boil the icing until sugar dissolves, cool slightly and fill the cake.

    Important!So that the bananas do not darken and retain an attractive appearance, it is necessary to sprinkle them with a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. We cover the cake with cling film and place in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours, so that it is well saturated. After that, we take it out, cut into portioned pieces, put it with a spatula on a dessert plate and send it to the table.
