  • wide pan;
  • serving dish;

Ingredients

Wheat flour 500 g
Creamy Margarine 250 g
Water 150 ml
Egg 1 PC.
Table Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l
Condensed milk 380 g
Butter 300 g
Salt 1 pinch

Step by step recipe

Preparing a puff base

  1. Pour 450 g of sifted flour into a bowl and rub 250 g of margarine into it. It should be cold, but not frozen, so that it rub well and do not crumble.
    Rub the cold margarine into the flour.
  2. Grind the mixture of flour and margarine into crumbs.
    Mix margarine with flour a little.
  3. In a separate bowl we combine 1 chicken egg, 150 ml of water, 1 tbsp. l vinegar and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
    Mix water with salt, egg and vinegar.
  4. Pour the mixture into flour crumbs, gradually stir and collect the resulting dough into a lump.

  5. We do the following manipulations several times with a lump of dough: knead it with our hands to a more or less flat state, wrap the edges inward, bend it in half and knead again. We collect the dough in a lump, wrap it in a cling film so that it does not wind off, and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  6. After the specified time, we take out the dough and roll it into a thin cake. We cut it in the form of a baking sheet.
