  • silicone spatula;

Ingredients

Granulated sugar 1 stack + 3 tbsp. l with a slide
Sunflower oil 6 tbsp. l
Egg 6 pcs
Butter 50 g + 10-15 g
Baking powder 10 g
Flour 1.5 stack
Cocoa powder 0.5 stack + 3 tbsp. l with a slide
Sour cream 15-20% 3 tbsp. l with a slide
Condensed milk 2-3 tbsp. l

Step cooking

Pie

  1. Break 6 eggs into a deep container, add 1 cup of granulated sugar and beat thoroughly with a blender until the mass increases by 2-3 times.
    Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Add 6 tbsp. l sunflower oil and beat well with a blender again.
    Add vegetable oil.
  3. We attach 1 glass of flour, 10 g of baking powder to the mixture and knead with a tablespoon from the bottom up until the dough becomes homogeneous and without lumps.
    Enter the flour and mix the dough.
  4. Half of the dough, equal to about 400 g, is poured into a second deep container.
    We divide the dough into two parts.
  5. Pour 0.5 cups of flour into the first container and mix thoroughly with a spoon from the bottom up.
    Add flour to one half of the dough.
  6. In the second container, add 0.5 cups of cocoa powder and, gently holding a spoon from the bottom up, knead until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
    In the other half of the dough we drive cocoa.
  7. We carefully lubricate the multicooker bowl with 10-15 g of butter, applying oil to the bottom and walls.

  8. In the center of the bowl lay 3 tbsp. l chocolate dough.
    Put 3 tablespoons of chocolate dough on the center of the bowl.
  9. Then spread 3 tbsp directly into the center of the chocolate layer. l white dough.

  13. Then we draw it to the center of the future pie, pull it out and again immerse it on the side of the bowl in the dough at a distance of one quarter from the previous place. We repeat this process 2 more times, each time retreating a quarter from the place where they carried out with a stick.

  15. Close the lid of the multicooker and put it on the “Multi-cook” or “Baking” mode 125 ° C for 1 hour, and press “Start”.
    Pie will be prepared 1 hour.
  16. When the crock-pot turns off, we wait another 20 minutes, after which we open the lid.
    Open the lid of the multicooker after a beep.
  17. We put a double boiler basket in the bowl, fix, turn, remove the holders and the bowl itself with tacks or a towel, so as not to burn yourself.
    Carefully turn the cake over using a multicooker basket for steaming.
  18. Leave the cake to cool on the lattice of a double boiler.
    Leave the cake to cool completely.

Glaze

  1. In the bowl of the multicooker, mix 3 tbsp. l with a hill of cocoa powder with 3 tbsp. l with a hill of granulated sugar and 3 tbsp. l with a slide of sour cream.
    To prepare the glaze, combine sugar, cocoa and sour cream into a multicooker bowl.
  2. We mix all the ingredients well with a silicone spatula, select the “Multipovar” mode of 100 ° C and press “Start”.

  3. To make the mass homogeneous, stir a silicone spatula with the icing in the bowl for 1-2 minutes.
    With constant stirring, prepare the icing until sugar is dissolved.
  4. When bubbles appear on the surface, turn off the slow cooker and add 50 g of butter to the chocolate mass.

  5. Stirring well, we wait until the oil melts in the glaze and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
    The icing is ready.
  6. We put the pie on the dish and gently spread the icing on top with a spatula, trying to evenly distribute it on the baking surface, then coat the sides.

  7. We put the condensed milk in a pastry bag and apply any pattern on top of the glaze.
