Cod in tomato sauce in a slow cooker

  1. Cut 1 kg of cod fillet into medium sized pieces.
    Cut into slices of cod fillet.
  2. Peel and wash vegetables. Thinly chop 1-2 pieces. bell pepper and 1 onion.
    Straws cut onions and bell peppers.
  3. Grate 1 carrot on a coarse grater.
    Rub the carrots on a grater.

Work with a multicooker

  1. On the multicooker control panel, use the "Menu" button to select the "Frying" program, the type of product - vegetables, determine the cooking time - 20 minutes. and press "Start". After 5 minutes open the cover, lock it with the lock handle in the “Closed” position.
    Turn on the multicooker, after 5 minutes, open the lid of the device.
  2. Pour 30 ml of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put the prepared vegetables and 100 g of tomato paste. Stir and cook with the lid open 15 min.
    In the multicooker bowl, put all the chopped vegetables and add the tomato paste.
  3. Click the “Cancel” button. Put the fish to the vegetables.
    After 15 minutes, put the fish in the multicooker.
  4. Add 15-20 g of salt, 30 g of sugar, spices for fish and ground black pepper to taste. Mix.
    Salt, pepper the fish.
  5. Pour 30 liters of vinegar and 300 ml of water.
    Add vinegar as well as water.
  6. Close the cooker lid. On the control panel, use the Menu button to select the "Stewing" program, the product type is fish, the cooking time is 20 minutes, and press "Start".
    Close the lid of the multicooker and set the quenching mode for 20 minutes.
  7. After the set time has passed, open the lid, put the fish and vegetables on portioned plates, decorate with greens, olives, a slice of lemon.
