  • bottled water - 200-300 ml
  • dill greens - optional
  • sour cream - 20 g

Step cooking

  1. First, peel and thoroughly rinse 400 g of potatoes, one small carrot, one onion and 3 cloves of garlic. We cut the onion into thin rings, and then carefully separate them from each other. chop the onion rings.
  2. Chop the carrots into slices and garlic into slices. We cut the garlic into slices, and the carrots in circles.
  3. Pour 30-40 ml of vegetable oil into a well-heated pan. As soon as the oil is heated, put onion rings, plates of garlic and circles of carrots on it. put vegetables in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.

  13. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped dill, mix and serve. Stewed potatoes will be even tastier if sprinkled with fresh herbs when serving.
