  • Pork (or beef) - 200 - 300 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc. (small)
  • Water - 400 - 500 ml
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Coriander to taste
  • Sunflower oil - 2 - 3 tbsp. l
  • Potatoes - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Peppercorns - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Step cooking

  1. We cut 200 - 300 g of pork or beef into cubes, approximately 2 - 3 cm. chop the beef
  2. Onions (1 pc.) Peel, wash and cut into 2 parts. Each part is now cut into arbitrary cubes, small or large. chop the onion
  3. We clean the carrots, wash them and chop them into 1 cm cubes. Focus on your taste, the cubes can be made in absolutely different sizes. cut carrots in circles
  4. We heat the pan on the stove and pour 2 - 3 tbsp. l sunflower oil. pour oil into the pan
  5. Pour our onion into a preheated pan. Fry a little until the color changes. put the onion in a skillet
  6. Then add the meat to the pan. We turn on the fire to the full, so that the meat does not give off moisture. put the meat in a pan
  7. Fry for about a minute, stirring constantly. fry meat
  8. We shift the meat with onions into a deep pan. transfer meat and onions to the pan
  9. Then we fall asleep carrots. add carrot to the pan
  10. Spread the potatoes. We put the potatoes in their entirety, without cutting. add potatoes
  11. Add the spices. ½ tsp salt, peppercorns (1 - 2 pcs.), coriander to taste and bay leaf (1 pc.). If someone does not like the spices are pronounced, add them 5 minutes before the end of cooking. pour spices into the pan
