Liver 500 g
Breading flour 1/2 cup

  1. First, 500 g of the liver must be thoroughly rinsed under running water so that no debris gets caught in the finished dish. After washing, lightly dry the offal with a paper towel. Pork liver is used in this recipe, but beef and chicken can be stewed in a similar way. With a sharp knife, cut the liver into small pieces and transfer to a deep bowl. Salt and pepper the liver with black pepper to taste, and mix everything well.
