  • Fat cottage cheese - 600 g
  • Large chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Semolina - 50 g
  • Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. l
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Lemon - 1 pc.
  • Vanilla Sugar - 8 g
  • Raisins - 40 g
  • Ghee - 15-20 g
  • Wheat flour - 50-60 g

  1. Put in cheesecloth, folded in 3-4 layers, 600 grams of fat cottage cheese. The product can be taken of any fat content of your choice. Use of low-fat cottage cheese for cooking is not recommended. Squeeze the ingredient out of excess moisture as much as possible. It is better to take a homogeneous product, not granular structure and not dry. put the cottage cheese in cheesecloth and squeeze it well.
  2. Put the squeezed cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add 0.5 teaspoon of table salt and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, adjust the amount of sugar depending on how acidic the product is and to your liking. Add salt and sugar to the curd.
