Milk 180 ml
Granulated sugar 150 g

Step cooking

  1. We will bake a cupcake in a special round shape, but if there is none, then you can bake in a regular one. First, send 150 g of cottage cheese to the bowl of the bread machine. You can take cottage cheese of any fat content.
    First put the cottage cheese in the bucket of the bread machine.
  2. Add 50-100 g of sugar (to taste), 0.5 teaspoon of salt, one egg and fill everything with milk.
    Add the egg, milk.
  3. We send 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bowl. Sift 450 g of flour.
    Add vegetable oil, part of the flour.
  4. We rinse and dry about half a glass of raisins (you can take candied fruits to your taste). Alternately add the flour and raisins to the bowl of the bread machine (raisins can be added not with the flour, but when there is a signal for the bread machine).

  5. In the flour we make a depression and pour into it 7 g of dry yeast.
