Diet recipes are cooked steamed, in a hurry you can bake in the microwave.

Classic recipe

You will need:

  • cottage cheese - 1 kg;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • egg - 2 pieces;
  • vanillin - half a packet;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • cherry - 400 g;
  • semolina - 2 tablespoons.

  1. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla and baking powder.
  2. Add sour cream and semolina, whisk again.
  3. Add cottage cheese in parts and beat with a mixer or blender.
  4. Pour the mass into the prepared form and add the seedless berry (fresh or frozen).
  5. Mix the whole mixture gently. Send the cottage cheese casserole with cherry in the oven for 1 hour, cook at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  6. Cottage cheese casserole with frozen cherries is prepared as follows: put the berries out of the freezer, let it unfreeze, drain the excess juice and then add to the curd mass.

  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • cherry - 200 g;
  • starch - 3 tablespoons;

  • cardamom or nutmeg - a pinch.

Cooking

  1. Combine the cottage cheese with starch, sour cream and sugar. Stir thoroughly. It is advisable to skip the curd through a meat grinder or grind through a sieve.
  2. Beat eggs with a whisk. Add to the total mass.
  3. Remove the seeds from the cherry and mix with the curd. Another option: pour part of the dough into a mold, spread a layer of berries on top, then pour the remaining dough.
  4. Sprinkle with ground cardamom or nutmeg.
  5. Put in the oven 180 degrees and cook for 30-40 minutes.

  • egg - 1 piece;
  • granulated sugar - 100 g;
  • icing sugar - 100 g;
  • gelatin - 20 g;
  • cottage cheese - 250 ml;
  • cream (fatty) - 200 ml;
  • cocoa powder - 4 teaspoons;
  • sour cream - 100 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • flour - 80 g;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • cherry (seedless) - 200 g;
  • boiled water - 40 ml.

Cooking

  1. Add 100 g of granulated sugar to the egg. Beat with a mixer. Add 2 tablespoons of refined oil. Beat a couple more minutes.
  2. Add baking powder and cocoa powder to the flour, mix.
  3. Add the dry ingredients in portions to the liquid mass, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour the biscuit dough into a wide rectangular shape. The layer thickness should not exceed 3 cm.
  5. Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Pour gelatin with boiled water and leave to swell.
  7. Remove the prepared chocolate biscuit and leave to cool completely. Then cut into pieces 2 × 2 cm thick.
  8. Add cream, 100 g of powdered sugar or sand, vanillin to the curd that has been grated or crushed into a paste. Beat with a mixer.
  9. Melt the gelatin in a water bath and pour in small portions into the curd mixture without stopping whipping with a mixer.
  10. Lift the detachable form with cling film with a margin so that it can cover the top of the dish.
  11. Pour a third of the curd cream, spread the pieces of biscuit, lay the cherry between them. Pour another part of the cream, lay out the same ingredients. Fill with the remaining mass.
  12. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.

Cooking

  1. In a metal dish, break a bar of chocolate and cut the butter into pieces. Put in a water bath and melt while stirring. Set aside to cool.
  2. Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve or a blender. Add to it 2 eggs and half a glass of sugar. Stir with a mixer.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt. Beat with a mixer.
  4. Add cooled chocolate to the mixture, whisk.
  5. Mix the sifted flour with a baking powder and mix with the main mass.
  6. Grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Lay out a third of the brown dough. Then pour half the curd cream and evenly spread the berry (half of the total).
  7. Next, pour the second third of the dough, the remaining cream, cherries and the rest of the dough. Flatten everything.
  8. Put the prepared cottage cheese casserole with cherries in a slow cooker. In the Redmond slow cooker, the dish is cooked in the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.

Whipped Egg Cherry Pie

  • cottage cheese - 400 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • sugar - 4 tablespoons;
  • soda - half a teaspoon;
  • frozen cherry - 300 g;
  • flour - 100-200 g.

Cooking

Cottage cheese pastry pie with cherry will be airy and soft if the main ingredients are well ground. Grate cottage cheese through a sieve, replace sugar with powder, sift flour.

  1. Mix cottage cheese, butter, and sugar in a bowl (2 tablespoons). Grind with a fork.
  2. Add soda and mix the flour in portions until a steep but soft dough is formed.
  3. Defrost frozen cherries. Do not drain the juice. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and flour (2-3 tablespoons). Flour can be replaced with starch.
  4. Form with removable sides, coat with vegetable oil. Distribute the dough with a dense cake, lifting it to the edges. As a result, a small indentation should form in the center.
  5. Pour the cherry jelly in the middle.
  6. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes and cook at 200 degrees. After 10-15 minutes after cooking, disconnect the sides of the mold and cut the cake.

The cherry pie from the curd dough turns out to be soft, but dense, and the filling is tender and juicy. Do not worry that the filling is too thin cherry filling, adding flour or starch turns the mass into jelly, which freezes under the influence of temperature.

Casserole with cherries and cottage cheese is prepared from simple products that can be found in any refrigerator. But the taste, appearance and aroma are not worse than store sweets.
