Udon noodles 200 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Carrot 0.5 pieces

Step cooking

  1. Prepare the ingredients and work surface. We clean the onions and carrots and wash them, release the bell pepper from the seeds. The most important thing is to cut all the ingredients in advance, as they will be cooked together and very quickly.

In a preheated pan, pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, add the chicken, stirring constantly, fry so that the moisture from it evaporates, and it is cooked until half cooked.
    We spread the chicken in a pan, fry until half ready.
  10. We add all the vegetables to the chicken at the same time and fry them until half ready. Salting is not necessary, as oyster sauce will be added, it already has salt in its composition.
    Add all the vegetables at once, simmer everything together.
  11. This recipe uses udon noodles, but you can replace it with rice or buckwheat noodles. Pre-boil udon, according to the instructions on the package.

  12. When the vegetables are almost ready, add udon to them and mix well so that all the ingredients combine.
    We spread the noodles in the pan to the chicken and vegetables, mix.
  13. At the end of cooking, add 3 tbsp. l oyster sauce, hold for a couple of minutes on the stove and remove.
    At the very end, add a little oyster sauce.
