Ingredients

Water 2.5 l
Pike 800 g
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.

Bay leaf 2 pcs.

Step cooking

  1. Let's start with vegetables first. We peel 3 potato tubers, rinse under running water, cut into small cubes, about 2 cm each.
    Peel and chop the potatoes in small pieces.
  2. Then peel the carrots, rinse well, cut into thin rings. Lovers of fish soup advise chopping vegetables coarsely, but this is all individual. You can independently choose the size and shape of the sliced ​​vegetables.
    Cut the carrots into circles.
  3. We send a pan to the stove, pour 2.5 liters of water into it, add chopped potatoes and carrots. Cover, wait until it boils.
