Butter 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Refined vegetable oil for frying
Baking soda 1/3 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Vanilla at its discretion

Step cooking

At the preliminary stage, you need to melt the butter. In addition, you need to sift the flour through a sieve.
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, break 2 eggs. Using a whisk, the eggs are thoroughly beaten so that the mass increases in volume by at least 2 times. If available, you can use a mixer as an alternative to the whisk.
    Beat eggs with a whisk.
  2. 100 grams of sugar is poured into a container with eggs. Mix in a bowl thoroughly mixed with a whisk.
    Add sugar to the eggs and beat again.
  3. 1/3 teaspoon of salt is poured into a bowl.
    Add salt to the egg mass.
  4. Vanilla is poured into the same container. The amount of spice is left to one's own discretion, as is its addition as a whole.
    Add vanillin for the aroma.
  5. 100 grams of melted butter is poured into a bowl. The resulting mass is thoroughly mixed with a whisk until completely homogeneous. 2 tablespoons of homemade vegetable oil are added to the bowl.
    Next, we introduce the melted butter into the egg mass.
  6. The mass is again mixed until smooth for 2-3 minutes.
    Add vegetable oil.
  7. Poured 2/3 of the sifted flour. The mass is kneaded with a whisk.
    Add part of the flour and knead the dough.
  8. When the mass thickens and it becomes difficult to stir with a whisk, baking soda is added to the glass with vinegar, after which the mixture is poured into the dough.
    We quench the soda with vinegar and add to the dough.
  9. The dough is mixed with a spatula.
    Mix the dough so that the soda is evenly distributed.
  10. The remainder of the sifted flour is poured into the container. It should be borne in mind that the dough should not turn out very steep, it should stretch like medium-thick honey. Therefore, depending on the specific brand of flour, its amount may vary by +/- 10-20 grams.
    Add the remaining flour and knead a thick dough.
  11. The waffle iron is placed on the fire for heating, while it is necessary that it is heated on both sides approximately the same. Therefore, it should be constantly flipped at regular intervals. When the waffle iron is heated, its internal surfaces must be coated with sunflower oil using a cooking brush. Each time laying a new portion of the dough, they need to be re-coated, but with less oil.
    We heat the waffle iron and grease it with vegetable oil.
  12. Using a spoon and a spatula, the dough is placed on one of the inner sides of the waffle iron. It is necessary to do all the manipulations on oiling and laying the dough as quickly as possible, so that the waffle iron cools down as little as possible.
    We spread the dough into the cells of the waffle iron and close it.
  13. The waffle iron is closed and placed on the fire, where the dough will be fried for 3-4 minutes on each side. At the end of the roasting process, it remains to take out the waffles, and they are ready for use. Enjoy your meal.
