Preparatory stage

Berries, especially slightly overripe, must be picked carefully so as not to crush. They should be processed on the same day, first sorting out and rinsing from litter. Unripe, with green sides, it is not worth tearing - they will worsen the taste of dessert. In order not to get your hands dirty, it is better to carry out all the work in thin rubber gloves.
