Ingredients

Product amount
boiled red beans 300 g
carrot 1 PC.
leek 0.5 pc
lemon juice 10 ml
greenery 1 bunch
olive oil 50 ml

Step cooking

  1. In a deep bowl for salad, spread 300 g of boiled red beans.
    Put canned beans in a bowl.
  2. Grate 1 small carrot and send it after the beans.
    Add the grated carrot to the beans.
  3. We cut 0.5 onion heads in half rings.
    Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  4. Finely chop a bunch of dill or parsley.
    Grind fresh herbs.
  5. We shift all the ingredients into a salad bowl and sprinkle them with a small pinch of salt.
    Add onion with herbs to the salad, salt the dish.
  6. Squeeze the juice of 0.5 small lemon into the salad and add 50 ml of olive oil.
    We also add olive oil and lemon juice.
  7. Mix everything well and leave to stand for 20 minutes to soak. The dish is ready!
