The recipe is quite simple, and the result is astounding: the apples are deliciously elegant and unusual. You just need to carefully follow the step-by-step cooking algorithm.

Kitchen appliances and utensils: wooden skewers, measuring cup, kitchen scale, stewpan, stove, spatula, silicone mat or baking paper, tablespoon

Step cooking

  1. Pour 400 g of sugar into the stewpan.

  8. Gently roll the bottom of the apple in a confectionery sprinkle or nuts.
    Immediately after caramel, you can dip an apple in a pastry topping or nuts.
  9. Set the finished apple on a silicone mat or baking paper.

  1. After collecting caramel in a spoon, pour it a little on a silicone mat or baking paper.

  2. Insert the wooden skewer into the caramel and rotate it 180º.
