Ingredients

Frozen blueberries 100 g
Frozen banana 1 PC.
Milk 100 ml
Natural yogurt 150 ml
Cereals 3 tbsp. l
Lemon zest ½ tsp

Step cooking

  1. Pour 100 g of blueberries into the mixing container, which was previously thawed. Berries can be both frozen and fresh.
    Pour blueberries into a blender bowl.
  2. Pour blueberries with 100 ml of milk and 150 ml of natural yogurt. You can use both cow's milk and herbal milk. For example, oat or soy. If you want a more fluid consistency, you can add more milk per 50 ml.
    Add milk and blueberries to the berries.
  3. In the total capacity, you also need to add a frozen banana, which was previously cut into 4 parts. You can also add fresh banana, but when whisking, a frozen banana will give a more “fluffy” texture and a delicate texture. You can also add a little sugar or honey to the recipe.
    Add pre-frozen banana.
  4. Three on a fine grater lemon zest. We need only ½ tsp. zest, but it will give a citrus note and a pleasant fresh aroma. Add to all ingredients in a container and mix. If you want a spicy aroma, then you can add other spices to taste. You can also add nuts, hazelnuts or almonds to the recipe.
    Rub a little lemon zest on a grater and also send to the bowl.
  5. Next, pour 3 tbsp. l oatmeal. You can pre-brew oatmeal with a small amount of boiling water. Or don’t add oatmeal to your smoothie at all if you don’t really like it. The taste without oatmeal will be more berry.
    Add oatmeal last.
  6. The next step is to beat all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes at an average power of the blender. The consistency should be thick and tender.
    Using a submersible blender, interrupt the components of the drink until smooth.
  7. When serving the drink, you can decorate with several berries and mint leaves.
