  • kitchen scales;
  • tea spoon;
  • knife;
  • rolling pin;
  • sieve;
  • working surface;
  • deep plate;
  • cling film.

Ingredients

wheat flour 250 g
eggs 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 1 tsp
salt pinch

Step cooking

  1. Sift 200 g of wheat flour into a deep plate.
    Pour flour into a bowl.
  2. There we add 2 chicken eggs, 1 tsp. vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.
    We beat the egg into the flour, add salt and vegetable oil
  3. Gently knead the dough with your hands.
    Gently knead soft dough.
  4. We crumble the resulting dough well on a work surface sprinkled with flour. This must be done for at least 5 minutes.
    We continue to knead the dough on a floured work surface.
  5. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

  6. We cut it into 2 identical parts.
