Then, without opening the oven, raise the temperature to 150 degrees and bake a cheesecake for another 15 minutes. After that, open the oven for 10 seconds, close and reduce the temperature to 100 degrees. At this temperature, you need to bake a cheesecake for another 40 minutes. When time passes, the oven must be turned off and the cheesecake left inside for another 10 minutes.
