Puff pastry tongues - the easiest puff recipe

Kitchen appliances and utensils: oven, baking sheet, parchment paper, knife, cutting board, measuring cup or kitchen scale, rolling pin.

Granulated sugar 45 g

Step cooking

  1. Sprinkle a small amount of flour onto the work surface and roll out 650 grams of puff pastry.

  2. We form an even rectangle from the reservoir, cutting off uneven edges.

  3. We cut the whole dough into equal small rectangles measuring about 10 by 5 centimeters.
