Simple and delicious avocado appetizer

Ingredients

  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • lemon or lime juice - 10-15 ml
  • large tomato - 1 pc.
  • onions - 1/3 part
  • parsley - 3 branches
  • salt - optional
  • bottled water - 100 ml
  • ground black pepper - optional

Step cooking

  1. Thoroughly wash and wipe one ripe avocado fruit dry. Cut the fruit in half and remove the stone. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone.
  2. Using a special device or a regular teaspoon, carefully remove the pulp of the fruit. take out the flesh from the avocado.
  3. Fold the avocado pulp in a deep bowl, and then knead it to a pulp condition with a fork. Knead the flesh of an avocado with a fork.
  4. Pour 10-15 ml of lemon or lime juice into the resulting mass and stir everything well. Squeeze lemon juice and add to avocado.
  5. Take 1/3 of the small onion and cut it into very thin and small pieces. Finely chop the onion.
  6. Pour 100 ml of cold water into a small bowl and dip the chopped onion into it. We leave the product in water until we are engaged in cutting other ingredients. Put the onion in a bowl of water.
  7. Parsley in the amount of 3 branches chopped with a knife - the smaller, the better. Finely chop the parsley.
  8. Send parsley to a bowl with avocado pulp. Add parsley to the pulp of the avocado.
  9. We cut a large tomato in half and remove the pulp, which we no longer need. The remaining meaty part is cut into very small squares and sent to a bowl for the rest of the products. Cut the meaty part of the tomato into a small cube.
  10. Now it's time to bow. Carefully drain the water and spread the onion to the avocado. Add the onion to the mass.
  11. Salt and pepper the ingredients to taste, and then mix them thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  12. We shift the resulting appetizer into a suitable dish and serve it to the table. Here's an avocado appetizer we got.
