Delicious appetizing snacks are made from pita bread with fillings. Today's pita bread appetizer will appeal to everyone. Ingredients

  • Thin pita bread - 230 g
  • Egg - 4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Sour cream - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Fresh greens - a small bunch
  • Salt to taste

Step cooking

  1. We cook everything for the filling: boil hard-boiled 4 eggs. For this, the eggs are boiled for 7-10 minutes in salted boiling water. Then we put the eggs in cold water, cool, clean and rub on a coarse grater. Grind greens, grate boiled eggs.
  2. Finely chop the greens. It can be parsley, dill, cilantro - what you like and what is at hand. 200 g of hard cheese rub on a coarse grater. Three graters also cheese
  3. Mix cheese, eggs, greens in one bowl. For taste and so that the filling does not crumble, add 2-3 tbsp. l sour cream. We knead everything well, try and, if necessary, add it. Stir the filling, add salt, sour cream.
  4. Pita bread cut into medium-sized rectangles. Cut the pita bread into squares.
  5. Half of each rectangle is thickly smeared with filling, and half empty. Put the filling on half of each square of pita bread
  6. We turn the sheet into a roll, starting from the edge, missed with the filling. When folding, slightly press so that the layers of the roll fit snugly against each other. If you worry that the cheese will flow from the edges of the roll, then you can fold the pita bread with an envelope. We prepare the prepared rolls tightly to each other with the cut down so that they do not turn around. Turn the pieces of pita bread roll.
  7. We put the pan on the fire, heat it, add vegetable oil and fry pita bread until it is browned on each side. Spread the rolls in the pan, also with the slice down, and only after the bottom is fried, turn over. A grill pan is best for frying rolls. Then the snack will turn out with a rosy lattice pattern, and the cheese protruding from the edges of the rolls will not stick to the bottom. But in a regular frying pan, you will also be able to fry a delicious snack. The main thing is not to leave the pan in order to turn the rolls on time, because the lavash is fried very quickly and can be burned if it is overlooked. Fry the appetizer on both sides in a pan.
  8. Put the appetizer on a flat dish or plate in two rows, sprinkle with fresh herbs to decorate. Here we have such a delicious appetizer of pita bread.
Did you know? If you like spicy food, add a mixture of peppers or finely chopped clove of garlic to the filling. And instead of sour cream, you can take 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise. And if you want to make the filling more satisfying, then put finely chopped sausage or ham into it.
