Emerald herring appetizer - a great holiday recipe

Cream cheese 100 g
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Egg 2 pcs.
Butter 50 g
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste
Fresh dill 100 g
Pomegranate seeds 10-15 pcs.

Step cooking

  1. In a deep pan we put two chicken eggs and two potatoes. Fill them with water and put on a stove to cook until tender. The eggs must be hard boiled.
    Boil potatoes, as well as eggs.
  2. We cut one herring, cut off the head and tail, take out the insides, separate the fillet from the ridge and bones. Thoroughly wash herring fillet and check once again for the presence of small bones. If they remain, take them out with tweezers.
    We clean herring, share on filet.
  3. Cut the herring fillet into small cubes.

  10. We roll each ball on all sides in chopped dill and put it on a large dish.
