  1. Peel the zucchini and cut out the seeds.
  2. Grate zucchini, salt and set aside for a few minutes. Vegetables will give juice. Squeeze, drain the juice.
  3. Combine the flour, sour cream and spices and add chopped herbs.
  4. Put semolina in the mixture.
  5. Grate Adyghe cheese and add to zucchini. Pour in sour cream sauce.
  6. Choose a deep shape, spread a little oil on the bottom and lay out the squash dough.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into circles and lay on top of the casserole.
  8. Grate hard cheese and sprinkle tomatoes.
