  1. Wash the medium young zucchini and grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Add eggs to the zucchini, then pour in low-fat 1% kefir and pour in the flour, salt and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. Grate hard cheese, mix with the rest of the ingredients, adding pepper, spices and finely chopped garlic.
  4. Cover the baking dish with parchment and grease it, put the squash dough in it.
